Yes! OneHome offers a free tier that includes basic features like searching for services, adding one home, and keeping a service log. Premium features like multiple homes, unlimited favorites, and household sharing are available with a subscription.
How do I find service providers?
Simply select a service category or use the search bar to find professionals near you. We use Google Places to show you local businesses with ratings, reviews, and contact information.
Can I use the app without creating an account?
Yes! You can browse and search for service providers without logging in. However, to save favorites, schedule services, or keep a service log, you'll need to create a free account.
How do I add custom service providers?
Premium users can add custom service providers that aren't listed in our search results. This is great for personal contacts or local businesses you already work with.
Can I share my account with family members?
Yes! With a Household subscription, you can invite up to 4 family members to share access to your homes, favorites, and service history.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including homes, favorites, and service history.
